Equipment Rental Policies
Welcome to our studio! We strive to provide you with high-quality equipment and exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial rental experience, please review our rental policies below, compliant with UAE laws and regulations.
- Rental Period
- The rental period begins at the time of equipment pickup and ends when the equipment is returned to our studio.
- Late returns will incur additional charges at the standard daily rate.
- Reservation and Payment
- Reservations can be made in advance to secure the desired equipment.
- Full payment is required at the time of pickup. We accept credit cards and cash.
- VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to all rental charges in accordance with UAE law.
- Security Deposit
- A security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies based on the equipment rented.
- The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The security deposit may be retained to cover any outstanding charges or damages.
- Identification and Verification
- - A valid Emirates ID or passport is required for all rentals.
- - For first-time clients, additional verification may be required, such as proof of residence or a business trade license.
- Equipment Care and Usage
- Renters are responsible for the proper care and use of the equipment.
- Equipment must be used according to the manufacturer's guidelines and for its intended purpose.
- Do not attempt to repair or modify the equipment yourself. If any issues arise, contact us immediately.
- Damage or Loss
- Renters are liable for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period.
- In case of damage, the renter will be charged for repair costs. If the equipment is deemed irreparable, the renter will be charged for the full replacement value.
- It is recommended that renters have appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential losses.
- Inspection and Acceptance
- Renters are encouraged to inspect the equipment upon pickup to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Any pre-existing damage or issues should be reported to us immediately to avoid being held responsible.
- Return Policy
- Equipment should be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns will be subject to additional fees.
- Please return all equipment, including accessories, in the same condition as it was received.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Liability
- Our studio is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the rented equipment.
- Renters assume all responsibility and risk associated with the use of the equipment.
- In accordance with UAE law, renters must comply with all local regulations and guidelines related to the use of the equipment.
- Governing Law
- - These rental policies are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes arising from these policies shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
- Agreement
- By renting equipment from our studio, you agree to abide by these policies.
- Any violations of these policies may result in additional charges or the termination of rental privileges.
